Our church annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 22nd.
This meeting is open to all people, everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to share during a potluck meal.
However, only current members are eligible to vote and ask questions. Be on the lookout for your membership covenant renewal form! This will get mailed out or they can also be left at church for you to pick up.
This meeting will take place right after the church service. It will be a time of covering various items related to the logistics of the church and the budget. But most importantly it will be a time of celebration about what God has done, and looking forward to what God could do in future! During this meeting, members will also get the chance to hear the testimony of two near elder candidates and then vote on their installment. So mark your calendars for Sunday, May 22nd and plan to be there!
