East End Days 2024

Our Golden Heirs Ministry is hosting rummage and vendor sales during East End Days this year! If you are interested in selling some items in the rummage sale or as a vendor, please sign up using the form below. Feel free to contact Glenn Johnson with any questions.

  • When: Saturday, August 17
  • Time: 9am-2pm
  • Where: North Bay Community Church

The rummage sale will be held in the gym. Each table can be reserved for $25. There are a limited number of tables at the church, so it will be first come, first serve. It is recommended to bring your own table if possible.

The vendor sale will be held in the sanctuary. Vendors are asked to bring their own tables. Payment of $25 per table. All items must fit on or under your table(s), including any display racks.

All sellers, please bring your own cash/coin to make change. We will not make change for you.

Church will be open from 6-8pm Fri, Aug 16th, for set up. Cost is $25 per table/spot. Members/regular attenders, there is no charge, but you still need to register for a spot. For everyone–you will need to bring your own table and any cash/coin for your sales. We will not make change for you. All items must fit on or under your table(s), including any display racks. Most of the church tables will be used for the church bake sale, food sales, popcorn, eating, etc… Rummage/vendor sales hours will be 8am-2pm. The church will be open at 7am for you to set up your table.

Payment

Payment must be submitted by Noon on August 8th. After submitting this form, you will be directed to the payment page. Cost is $25 per table/spot (North Bay Members/Regular Attenders = no charge, but still need to register).
