Stress surrounds us like we’ve never experienced before. How do we cope? What do we do when our bodies seem to take over and we are overwhelmed with worries we can’t even identify?

‣ Explore the peace and rest available in the midst of uncertainty
‣ Clarify where secular calming strategies go wrong and how Scripture corrects them
‣ Identify ways to help others through fear and worry

Erica Gagnon has nearly 20 years of psychiatric nursing experience and received her Master’s of Arts in Counseling through Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She lives in Cotton, Minnesota with her husband and family and enjoys British television shows and listening to audiobooks.
